(VOVworld)- The National Assembly Standing Committee on Thursday continued discussion on amendments to the Bidding Law and the Law on Practicing Thrift and Combating Wastefulness. Most delegates agreed on a threshold of 30% of maximum state capital in bidding projects. They called for a separate chapter of the law governing pharmaceutical purchasing as well as stricter rules in the selection of bidders. Deputies said the Law on Practicing Thrift must ensure civic supervision and clear guidance on the processing of wastefulness information.
