(VOVworld) – National Assembly Vice-chairwoman Tong Thi Phong led a delegation of the National Assembly Standing Committee to visit Bac Lieu province on Saturday.

The delegation presented 100 scholarships to poor students in Vinh Loi district and visited a number of social beneficiary families in the area. She expressed her gratitude to the sacrifices of war veterans and revolutionary contributors to Vietnam’s liberation and reunification. She asked the local authority to continue implement the movement of paying debt of gratitude and care more about social beneficiary families.
