Tran Thi Thu Dong, a deputy for Bac Lieu province, said cabinet members answered the deputies directly and clarified issues of voter concern.

“Auditing is a specialized field beyond many people’s understanding, so the State Auditor General provided information to help deputies better understand State Audit’s responsibilities in specific cases,” she noted.

On behalf of the government, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and several other Ministers gave clear explanations of their responsibilities.

Lawmakers agreed that the questions at this Q&A session were on point and hoped that the Ministers and heads of relevant sectors will initiate more effective management measures that accord with the National Assembly’s perspectives.

The Ministers and heads of sectors gave straightforward answers to the deputies’ questions, said  Nguyen Cong Hoang, a deputy for Thai Nguyen province.

“The questions and answers directly touched the concerns of people nationwide,” he said.
