(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc chaired a national conference to introduce the 2013 Constitution in Hanoi on Saturday.

Representatives of all ministries and provinces as well as speakers and communicators nationwide attended the event. Deputy Prime Minister Phuc said disseminating the Constitution is crucial and an important precondition for the people to better understand and abide by the law.

He asked leaders of ministries and provinces to provide favorable conditions for communicators to disseminate the new contents of the Constitution to further bring it to life.
