(VOVworld) – Ninh Binh has reviewed 5 years of implementing the national target program on building new rural areas.

Head of the program’s steering committee Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh said the province should increase the cooperation of the state, scientists, businesses and farmers, step up the application of technological advances, boost agricultural production, and improve people’s incomes in building new rural areas. He said: “Ninh Binh province should make the most of available resources in building new rural areas and reduce poverty sustainably. It should formulate a roadmap to encourage people’s participation in building new rural areas.”
