Vietnam has had 258 COVID-19 infections by noon April 12. According to a report from the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control, 13 cases have tested negative for SARS-CoV-2 once and 12 cases have tested negative for the virus twice. 144 patients have recovered from the disease.
