(VOVWORLD) - North Korea's official news agency on Thursday blamed the US for the impasse in nuclear talks, saying Pyongyang is waiting for Washington to come to its senses and reciprocate for its denuclearization measures, instead of sticking to current sanctions.
Prospects for relations between North Korea and the US will depend on when the US will wake up, the Korea Central News Agency (KCNA) said.
The same day, South Korea’s National Security Council discussed an air route linking the two Koreas. Members agreed that such an air route would benefit the two Koreas and all airlines that might use it.
