Northern mountainous provinces cope with torrential rains and flash floods
(VOVWORLD) -Minister of Public Security To Lam has urged police forces in northern mountainous provinces to stay high alert to cope with possible torrential rains and flash floods.

In his telegram on Friday, the Minister asked for local contingency plans to protect social order and asset of organizations and people. He called for close cooperation with the army in search and rescue operations to help victims evacuate to safe areas.
