Overseas Vietnamese Affairs Committee holds working session in New York
(VOVworld) – A delegation, led by Nguyen Thanh Son, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and head of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs, kicked off a two-day working session with the Vietnamese community in New York on Saturday.

Mr. Son and Ambassador Le Hoai Trung, Head of Vietnam’s Permanent Representative Mission to the UN, held talks with the Vietnamese Youth and Students Association in New York and representatives of Vietnamese enterprises and organizations in New York. The delegation also visited some Overseas Vietnamese families. The deputy minister expressed his hope that Vietnamese people in New York will continue to honor their fatherland by their love and positive contributions to national construction and development.
