Those fishermen will be moved from Landhi prison in Karachi to Lahore on Monday, and from there they will be taken to the Wagah border by a special bus at Lahore station. Indian and Pakistani fishermen are often arrested for illegal fishing, since the maritime border is not clearly defined and many boats lack the technology to define their exact location. Many fishermen have languished in jail for several years before being returned to their homeland. This year, Pakistan has freed 199 Indian fishermen.
