(VOV) Palestinian and Israeli officials continued on Monday to discuss the ceasefire measures they agreed on last week in Cairo. Discussion focused on resolving truce details such as Israel’s loosening its the blockade and facilitating the flow of goods into the Gaza Strip. Egypt called on Hamas to deploy police in the border region to keep people away from the border and prevent border violence. Egypt called on both sides to honor their commitment to a ceasefire.
