(VOVworld) – On Wednesday, the 3^rd day of the 12th Party Central Committee’s 3rd plenum, delegates discussed draft regulations on the implementation of Party regulations and on the Party’s monitoring, checks, and discipline procedures as well as the 8^th chapter of Party regulation.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, Politburo member and National Assembly Chairwoman, chaired the morning session and Mr. Dinh The Huynh, Politburo member and permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat, chaired the afternoon session. Mr. Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member and Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Organization, read the Politburo’s submission on recommendation of personnel for State agencies, who will be elected or approved by the 14^th National Assembly at its upcoming first session.
