Party chief visits Military Zone 4’s High Command
(VOVWORLD) -Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong has underscored the especially important position of the Military Zone 4 in Vietnam’s national defense strategy, calling on regional soldiers to resolutely surmount all challenges.

During a visit to the Zone’s High Command in central Vietnam on Sunday, Mr. Trong urged the army to focus on building an elite armed force with greater combat power. The Party leader also offered incense at relics dedicated to President HCM and national heroes in Nghe An province.
