Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong receives Cuban Communist Party delegation
(VOVWORLD) -Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu trong on Wednesday received Jose Ramon Balague Cabrera, General Secretary of the Cuban Communist Party, who is attending the 3rd conference with the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Mr. Trong said the conference, delegation exchanges between the two Parties, and bilateral economic and trade cooperation have proved the traditional friendly relationship between Vietnam and Cuba.
Jose Ramon Balague Cabrera appreciated Vietnam’s accomplishments during its 30-year of renewal. He expressed his belief that Vietnam will gain more significant achievements in implementing Party resolutions.
The conference “Socio-economic development orientation and political and ideological missions in the resolutions of the 12th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the 7th Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba” was held on Wednesday.
Jose Ramon Balague Cabrera, General Secretary of the Cuban Communist Party, yesterday met with National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, former President of the Vietnam – Cuba Friendship Association.
