(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary To Lam, his wife, and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation will pay an official visit to Finland from Monday to Wednesday.

The visit will be made at the invitation of President of Finland Alexander Stubb, the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on Thursday.
