The Party leader says, 'We need to focus on 4 groups of tasks and solutions devised at the 4th Plenum of the 12th Party Central Committee. They concern political and ideological work, criticism and self-criticism, mechanisms, policies, inspection, supervision and discipline in the Party, and the enhancement of the roles of the public, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and social and political organizations. It’s important to focus on tasks and solutions concerning building cadres at all levels, especially the strategic level. The renovation and organization of the political system must work in a streamlined, effective manner. We need to ensure consensus within the Party leadership over the personnel work, considering it the key and decisive factor to any success of the nation.'

The Party leader said discussions at the conference cover fundamental, important issues. He expressed his belief that with the strong, political determination of the Party, the political system, and the people, Vietnam will overcome all difficulties to successfully realize the Conclusion and other resolutions to create breakthrough changes in the Party building and rectification.
