Party leader visits Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Russia, Belarus
(VOVWORLD) -Party General Secretary To Lam and his wife left Hanoi on Monday for state visits to Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, an official visit to Russia and attendance at the 80th anniversary of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War, followed by a state visit to Belarus.

The visits are at the invitation of President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jormat Tokayev, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of Russia Vladimir Putin, and President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko.
The visits until May 12 will highlight Vietnam's foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, multilateralization, diversification, and proactive, comprehensive, in-depth, and effective international integration.
