Delegates discussed experiences and role models in learning Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples. Da Nang city has launched such movements as “Reporting good deeds to Uncle Ho”, and “Writing diaries  about following Uncle Ho’s teachings. In Phu Yen province, flag saluting program is held every Monday at agencies and organizations. Meanwhile, the Hue Conservatory of Music has initiated a song writing contest about Uncle Ho. Phan Cong Tuyen, Head of the Thua Thien Hue provincial party’s commission for Communications and Education, said:“We should produce practical results during the implementation of the Polibureau’s Directive No3 on learning Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples. In many communes and veteran associations, there appear new role models”.

Party Polibureau member Dinh The Huynh urged party executive committees at all levels to continue to creatively build sets of moral rules for party members: “Efforts should be made to regularly learn Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples. This task should be combined with other tasks of local socio-economic development, and the implementation of resolution of the Party Central Committee’s 4th plenum on party building.
