(VOVworld - A photo exhibition featuring Vietnam’s recent developments has been organized in Tehran to mark President Ho Chi Minh’s 125th birthday and 40 years of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Iran.

Addressing the opening ceremony, Vietnamese Ambassador to Iran, Nguyen Hong Thach said the traditional friendship has been growing steadily.

He expressed his hope that the exhibition will create momentum for other cultural exchanges between the two countries. Iraj Mohammadi, Head of the Art and Cultural Organization of Tehran, said cultural linkage via activities such as the current exhibition creates precious opportunities for the two peoples to learn about each other’s culture.
