Prime Minister Chinh said Vietnam attaches importance to developing friendly neighborly relations and comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership with China. He emphasized that Vietnam pays attention to, follows and wishes to learn about new developments in theory and practice in China.

CPPCC Chairman Wang said China wishes to work with Vietnam to effectively implement the high-level common perceptions, carry out cooperation in various fields, and bring benefits to the people of the two countries. He expressed his hope that the two sides will increase exchanges, share experiences, and contribute to the cause of building socialism in each country.
