(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung says that the training of high quality human resources is one of 3 strategic tasks facing Vietnam in order to transform it into an industrialized and modern country by 2020.

Speaking to lecturers, scientists and students at the Hanoi National University on Monday, Dung praised the university’s efforts to improve the quality of training, expand cooperation with foreign institutions and boost scientific research. He urged greater efforts to promptly finalize the university’s models of organization and operation for the training of students and postgraduates, which would enable them to be more flexible in a competitive environment.
