Chairing the 6th meeting of the Red River Delta Coordinating Council at the Government Office in Hanoi, Prime Minister Chinh stressed the need to have innovative thinking, decisive action, long-term vision, proactiveness, flexibility, and adaptability to the world and regional situation.
Localities need to strengthen regional and international connections to unlock all potentials and advantages, speed up key projects, solve housing problems, and lower real estate prices by increasing supply and developing social housing, he said.
“Be determined to make the Red River Delta the most important driving force of the country, contributing to the country's rapid but sustainable growth", Prime Minister Chinh said. The Red River Delta along with the Southeast Region, the two strategic regions, must inspire other regions.
"I firmly believe that the provinces and cities of the Red River Delta can do it because of good natural conditions, social culture, and harmony between people and the nature.”
