PM Chinh asked localities to step up efforts to buy sufficient vaccines as quickly as possible, map out a detailed rapid vaccination campaign, and continue enforcing the 5K measures: facemasks, disinfection, distancing, no large gatherings, and health declarations.

He said early detection, quick isolation, rapid testing, and effective treatment are the keys to successful epidemic suppression.

"We must prevent, contain, and push back the ongoing outbreak to quickly stabilize the country. It’s important to realize our dual goal of controlling the pandemic while boosting production and trade," said the PM.
"Protecting people's health is our top priority. We should focus on supporting hot spots like Ho Chi Minh City, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Binh Duong, and infected industrial parks."
