Preparatory session adopts 13th National Party Congress working regulations
(VOVWORLD) - The preparatory session on Monday for the 13th National Party Congress adopted the congress’s working regulations and elected a 17-member Presidium, a five-member secretarial delegation and a delegate eligibility verification board.

Participants also approved the congress’s agenda, election rules, and a report on the eligibility of delegates.
"We’ll do our best to contribute to the Congress. We carry the aspiration and hopes of Ba Ria-Vung Tau people to this important event," said delegate Tran Dinh Khoa, Secretary of the Vung Tau city Party Committee.
Delegate Ton Ngoc Hanh of Binh Phuoc province said, “This is the first time I have attended a national Party congress. I’m moved and have lots of expectations for this Congress."
The 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam will officially open on Tuesday and run until February 2, with the attendance of more than 1,500 delegates representing more than 5.1 million Party members nationwide.
