He made the remark at a meeting between Party and State leaders and outstanding representatives nationwide, organized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day.
The President underlined that as Vietnam enters a new period filled with both opportunities and challenges, it is essential to further nurture patriotism, wisdom, and aspirations for advancement.
He called for honoring and promoting the contributions of workers, farmers, intellectuals, ethnic groups, religious communities, entrepreneurs, and overseas Vietnamese in building a prosperous and happy country.
