(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang and other National Assembly deputies on Sunday met with voters in District 4, Ho Chi Minh city. They briefed the voters on the municipal NA delegation’s supervisory activities this year and major outcomes of the just concluded NA session. Voters were told that the session discussed and decided important issues of the country, including socio-economic situation this year and plans for next year. Deputy Tran Du Lich spoke highly of the voters’ comments on pending issues, especially the responsibility of the leaders in dealing with corruption, votes of confidence of officials elected by the National Assembly and People’s Councils at various levels and land compensation. The deputies pledged to do their utmost to deserve the voters’ trust.
