In the letter, the President reminded that the Festival is an opportunity for each family, administration and society to pay special attention to teenagers and children, helping them nurture their aspirations, ambitions, and memory of a bright, beautiful childhood.

President Phuc said believes that each family, sector and the whole society will continue to care for orphans, giving priority to children in difficult circumstances, children with autism, and children in remote areas, and ensure safety for children affected by the pandemic.

He urged for provision of school supplies, especially online learning kits, and favorable conditions for children to study, be creative, have fun, and contribute to the good implementation of the Party and State's policies on education and training, and child care and protection.

President Nguyen Xuan Phuc wished that teenagers and children will always nurture patriotism, pride and aspiration, constantly cultivate virtues and talents to contribute to building a richer, more beautiful, and more prosperous Vietnam.
