He asked the Cyber Security Department to renovate their performance and promote international cooperation in network security. In his working session with the General Department No 5, the President called for better strategic advisory to protect national sovereignty, interests and security while promoting Party building and ultimate loyalty. He expected the Ministry of Public Security to be a pioneer in the implementation of the Party resolutions on Party building.
