(VOVworld) – Soon after his arrival in Moscow on Friday, President Truong Tan Sang met with Head of the Russian Communist Party Gennady Zyuganov and leaders of Leanvest Group. Zyuganov said the Russian Communist Party always supports Russia’s President and government’s policies regarding enhancing cooperation with Vietnam. He proposed both Parties enhance political cooperation and boosting the implementation of mechanisms to develop bilateral cooperation.

In his meeting with President Truong Tan Sang, President of Leanvest Group, Varabvov, voiced his hope for more preferential tax policies from the Vietnamese government for the group’s products including seafood which will contribute to boosting the comprehensive Russia-Vietnam strategic partnership.

President Sang said that Vietnam attaches importance to creating favorable conditions for and encouraging Russian investors and businesses to enhance economic cooperation with Vietnam.

In another meeting with President Sang, leaders of a Russian sub-marine manufacturer said the company attaches great importance to its cooperation with Vietnam, noting that it had delivered 3 submarines to Vietnam and is expected to hand over the remaining 3 submarines in 2016 as scheduled.
