(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang visited poor households and families of war martyrs and invalids in Cao Bang province on Saturday as part of his working trip in northern border provinces. Earlier, President Sang and representatives of the Vietnam Red Cross Society presented 300 gift sets and 200 blankets to poor people in Lang Son province.
