(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang has called for efforts to effectively implement the Strategy on Judicial Reforms to build a socialist state governed by law. Sang told a conference of the Central Steering Committee for Judicial Reforms in Ho Chi Minh city on Monday: “The implementation of the strategy is of great importance as it will create a breakthrough for our justice sector. Our common goal is build a transparent, democratic, strict and modern justice, which serve the people and the socialist Vietnam. This is one of the fundamental requirements of building a socialist state governed by law”.
