(VOVworld) – On Tuesday, President Truong Tan Sang visited policy beneficiaries, ethnic people, and armed forces in 3 border communes in Lang Son province.

He asked local authorities to help people’s material and spiritual lives and focus on new rural development as a way to sustainably reduce poverty. He said that Lang Son should develop its border economy and attract investment in agro-forestry development.
