In the letter, the President emphasized that this year, socio-economic activities and daily life of people across the country have returned to normal. Mid-Autumn Festival known in Vietnam as the “Children's Festival” comes back with the true meaning of the reunion. He wished each child to have a warm Festival with their loved ones.

President Phuc called on each family, sector, and society as a whole with responsibility and love to take more care of teenagers and children during the Mid-Autumn Festival, especially for orphans, children in difficult circumstances, in remote, border areas, and islands so that all children can grow comprehensively and live in a loving, safe, and healthy environment.
