(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung is in Seoul for an official three-day visit to the Republic of Korea and to attend the Seoul Nuclear Security Summit. President Lee Myung Bak on Monday welcomed the Prime Minister and more than 50 heads of state heading for the Nuclear Security Summit on Monday. Prime Minister Dung has held bilateral talks with his French counterpart and Foreign Ministers of Germany and the Netherlands. The Prime Minister reiterated Vietnam’s wish to promote cooperation with France in energy, space, transport and housing. Prime Minister Dung will deliver a keynote speech at the Seoul Summit, which opens this Tuesday.
