Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh urges Vietnamese women to unite for national development

(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited the Vietnam Women's Academy in Hanoi on Thursday on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20). During his visit, he met with officials from the Vietnam Women's Union, as well as lecturers, students, and trainees from the Academy.

In his address, the Prime Minister highlighted that the Party and State have implemented numerous key policies and strategies to promote the advancement of women. These efforts have created a favorable environment for Vietnamese women to thrive, affirm their roles, and make meaningful contributions to national development.

As Vietnam embarks on a new era of national advancement, the Prime Minister encouraged Vietnamese women to continue upholding their proud traditions, fostering unity, and working alongside the country to achieve national development goals.

He also called on the Vietnam Women's Academy to promote its achievements, urging it to remain proactive and innovative in fulfilling its mission. The Prime Minister expressed his hope that the Academy's students and trainees would continue striving to advance the cause of women's development, gender equality, and the overall progress of the nation.
