(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has described Bac Ninh’s achievements, including leading the nation in several measures, as miracles for a small province.

Working with Bac Ninh leaders on Sunday, Mr. Phuc praised the dynamism, creativity, persistence, and resolve of the local Party organization, administration, people, and business community.
He said Bac Ninh needs to diversify, but always center on people so that no one is left behind. He stressed that the province needs to balance the economy, society, and the environment.
“As Samsung is a major foreign investor with considerable contributions to local economic growth, Bac Ninh should put Samsung at the centre of its electronics industry and connect this sector to neighboring provinces and to Hanoi. I want to reiterate that Bac Ninh should become an electronics production hub of Vietnam,” Mr Phuc said.
PM Phuc suggested that Bac Ninh diversify its economy and its key industries, avoiding too large a concentration in any sector, field, or business.
