The 15th event of its kind, themed “One heart – One world,” was a chance to show appreciation to individuals who have worked with the Association in Support of Vietnamese Handicapped and Orphans. Participants had an opportunity to meet outstanding people with disabilities who own firms that employ many others.  The “One heart – One world” program is one of the Association’s major activities for strengthening solidarity and mobilizing support for people with disabilities and orphans across the country.

Vietnam has 7.3 million disabled people and 400,000 orphans who have been receiving support from the Party and State. But 80% of them have a difficult life. This year’s event raised 900,000 USD for people with disabilities and orphans.
