At a working session on Monday, Phuc underlined the importance of the consulting the people’s opinions. He urged the province to pay special attention to informing the public about the draft constitution as part of raising awareness of citizens’ rights and obligations: “The collecting of public opinions will continue until the next meeting of the National Assembly. So we need to maintain this task and listen to the people’s aspirations.”
