(VOVworld)- Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on Sunday held a working session with Quang Ngai province’s local authorities. He urged the province to exert further efforts to fulfil the targets set for this year and bring into full play local potential to develop the marine economy, aqua culture and processing, tourism and services. Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said the province needed to focus on human resource training, encourage enterprises to invest more in rural areas, apply science and technology in agricultural production and shift the labour force from agricultural to industrial production. Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said: “Vocational training should focus on increasing effectiveness for agricultural production. To this end, farmers need to apply science and technology in rice cultivation, livestock production and fishing. Vocational training should also aim at shifting the labour force from agricultural production to industrial production and services”.
