(VOVworld) - Dinh The Huynh, Head of the Party Central Committee's Communications and Education Commission, has worked with the Quang Ninh provincial Party Committee on a project to enhance the Party’s leading capacity and fighting strength, renovate the Party’s leading mode, and fine-tune its apparatus.

Also high on the agenda was collecting opinions for a political report to be submitted to the 12th National Party Congress.
At a working session in Ha Long City on Friday Huynh praised the project and asked the provincial Party committee, government, and people of Quang Ninh to unite and do their best to achieve socio-economic targets for 2014.
