(VOVworld) – Vietnamese ambassador to the Republic of Korea Pham Huu Chi presented his credentials to President Park Geun-hye this week.

The President affirmed the determination of Korea to foster its strategic partnership with Vietnam, lifting bilateral ties to a new height. Ambassador Chi said he will do his best to fulfill his role as a friendship bridge between the two Governments and peoples, promoting multi-faceted cooperation especially in economics and trade. The ambassador expressed his hope that the two countries will soon sign an agreement to send Vietnamese workers to the Republic of Korea.
