(VOVworld) – The 10th plenary session of the National Assembly’s Committee for Economic Affairs opened in Ho Chi Minh city on Tuesday.
During two days of discussion, the deputies will discuss the revised Enterprise Law, the revised Investment Law, the law on the management and use of state funding in business production, and the revised Real Estate Business Law. They agreed that revising the Enterprise Law will remove difficulties for businesses and facilitate their development. They added that the chapter on state-owned enterprises should be eliminated to avoid discrimination and ensure equal and free competition.
