(VOVworld) - The National Assembly Standing Committee on Thursday commented on draft revision to the Law on People’s Procuracy.



Most delegates agreed that the revision reflects key requirements of the judicial reform principles stated in Party resolutions.
Speaking at the meeting, National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung called for more reflection of the Constitution in the law to ensure human rights as well as rights and obligations of citizens.
Head of the Supreme People’s Procuracy, Nguyen Hoa Binh: “The Constitution has clearly identified human rights and measures to monitor human right limitation remedies, which have to be strictly supervised by the procuracy office. This has been described in the roles and functions of the procuracy service.”
The National Assembly Standing Committee commented on revision of the Law on State Budget.
