The talks will seek an agreement on price and the volume of gas Russia’s Gazprom group will supply to Ukraine’s Naftogaz. Bickering broke out between Russia and Ukraine last June when Russia stopped supplying gas to Ukraine after Ukraine failed to pay its gas bill of 5.3 billion USD. Supply resumed on February 7, 2014, after Naftogaz paid 378 million USD to Gazprom for 1 billion cubic meters of gas.
