(VOVworld)- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov criticized NATO Tuesday for increasing military activities near Russian borders and called for resolving disputes through dialogue. After a meeting with his Spanish counterpart, Jose Manuel Garcia-Margallo, Lavrov said increasing military activities near Russian borders does not help to restore confidence. Moscow is convinced that problems should be resolved through mutually respectful dialogue. Lavrov said Moscow and Madrid have a common view on peacefully resolving the crisis, and addressing new threats and challenges.
