(VOVworld) – Russia’s President Vladimir Putin on Monday declared a national day of mourning after a Tu-154 military plane crashed into the Black Sea on Sunday, killing 92 people on board. Earlier the Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed that no one had survived and that the bodies of 7 victims had been found.

Putin told the press that the cause of accident will be investigated and families of the victims will be supported.
Foreign leaders have sent condolences to Russia including Turkey’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defense, Armenia’s President, and the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
