(VOVworld) – A Russian delegation has rejected an accusation by observers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) that vehicles transporting military equipment believed to be of Russia, had been on the move on the territory controlled by separatists in eastern Ukraine.

The observers said the move caused the escalation of conflict there. At an OSCE meeting on Wednesday, Russia described the accusation as fictitious and accused OSCE observers of backing Ukraine and causing distrust in this international security organization.
