(VOVWORLD) - Russia will return to the Black Sea Grain Initiative after Ukraine promised not to militarize humanitarian corridors or its ports, Russia’s Ministry of Defense said on Wednesday.

Amir Mahmoud Abdullah, interim coordinator for the UN at the Joint Coordination Centre in Istanbul, welcomed the decision.
