According to Lavrov, the world is at a time of transition from bipolar order to multi-polarization. He said he hopes a reasonable approach will prevail in international relations and countries will return to dialogues. He called US sanctions, including the latest round targeting Turkey “illegitimate”. Cavusoglu said he won’t support US sanctions against Russia and Iran.
