The Russian aid convoy, with about 260 trucks, left Moscow last Tuesday but was stopped at Rostov waiting for the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine with international mediation on the procedure to accept the convoy.
The Ukraine administration and its Western allies have started to question the real purpose of Russia sending a humanitarian aid convoy to Ukraine. Ukraine fears the convoy could be used as a ‘Trojan Horse’ to supply military equipment to the pro-Kremlin rebels in the Western region.
